Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. Today there are many variations of Reiki, but it is important to note that these courses follow the traditional teachings and all attendees receive a lineage showing their Reiki line all the way back to Usui himself.

“Holly is a very warm and gifted Reiki teacher. She is so down to earth and has a fantastic sense of humour which immediately puts you at ease. Holly encourages her students to interact as a group and this is a very rewarding and integral part of her hands on approach. Expect lashings of entertaining stories! As students we were able to ask loads of questions. Her advice and support were of immense value then and will be in the months and years to come.” ~ Mark Webberley, Reiki I & II Student 2017
