In a world where we have been raised to put our own feelings last and being happy is seen as a ‘bonus’, The Desire Map challenges you to figure out how you really want to feel; to focus on what’s really important to YOU.

You deserve: eye contact, smiles in the morning, to eat your own cake, fresh air, time to think about it, a chance to show them what you’re made of, to be proud of who you are, weekends off , a good night’s sleep, play before work, play at work, to change your mind, to say no, to say yes, to have your deepest needs met, to be seen, to be loved for who you really are.

Working together we’ll discover your core desired feelings – those feelings you’ve buried deep down in your soul; the feelings that bring you joy. It’s time for them to shine in the sunlight and help you live life your way.

Something magical happens when you focus on creating your core desired feelings:

‣ You use your preferred feelings as a guidance system for making choices and for being more present and alive.

1:1 Desire Map Coaching

Work with me in person or via Skype or phone to discover your core desired feelings.

Your coaching package includes:

Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions

We’ll meet every week or every fortnight (depending on what suits you best) for six one-hour sessions to discover your core desired feelings and create life goals that will feel amazing when you achieve them.

The Desire Map Workbook

You’ll receive a copy of The Desire Map Workbook – either printed or digital (it’s your choice) and we’ll work through it together. There will be homework between sessions so you’ll have to set aside some time for this too.

Weekly motivation between sessions

I’ll be cheerleading from the sidelines even when we’re not together. No excuses to forget the work when you receive emails from me between sessions.

Program Cost – £300 payable on commencement.
